Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the Travel Risk Academy. These terms and conditions govern your membership of our organisation and your purchase and use of our online and offline training courses, workshops and webinars. By becoming a member and/or purchasing any of our products, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
2. Membership
2.1 Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By applying for membership, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2.2 Membership Types: We offer various types of memberships with different benefits and pricing. Details of each membership type are available on our website.
2.3 Membership Fees: Membership fees are payable annually. All fees are non-refundable, except as specified in our refund policy.
2.4 Membership Renewal: Your membership will automatically be renewed, unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. Renewal fees will be charged to the payment method on file.
2.5 Membership Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us through our customer service email. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
2.6 Complimentary tickets to TRA workshop are limited. It will be either an online or in-person workshop.
3. Training Courses
3.1 Course Enrollment: Enrollment in courses is open to members and non-members. Members may receive discounts or free access to certain courses as part of their membership benefits.
3.2 Course Fees: Course fees are listed on our website and are subject to change. All fees must be paid in full before accessing the course materials.
3.3 Course Materials: Course materials are provided in various formats, including video, audio, and written content. All materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without our express permission.
3.4 Course Access: Access to online courses is provided through our learning management system. Access to offline courses (in-person training) will be provided at the specified location and time.
3.5 Course Completion: Certificates of completion will be issued to participants who successfully complete the course requirements. Requirements vary by course and will be outlined at the beginning of each course.
4. Payments
4.1 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card or debit card.
4.2 Payment Security: We use secure payment processing to protect your financial information. However, we are not responsible for any breaches of security or unauthorised access to your payment information.
4.3 Late Payments: Failure to pay membership fees or course fees on time may result in suspension or termination of your membership and access to courses.
5. Refunds
5.1 Membership Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we are unable to provide the services described for your membership type.
5.2 Course Fees: Course fees are refundable if you cancel your enrollment within 24 hours of purchase, provided that you have not accessed any course materials. No refunds will be issued after this period.
6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, website content, and other materials provided by us are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our materials without our prior written consent.
7. User Conduct
7.1 Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any conduct that is harmful, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, abuse, and unauthorised use of our materials.
7.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with your membership, course enrollment, or use of our materials.
