Having established a foundation of understanding in module 1, in the next module we take a deeper dive into how TRM supports an organisation. We look at the importance of a TRM strategy and how it affects different areas of your business. Whilst TRM is arguably about people, it is also about managing assets and brand reputation.
Module 3: Getting started in TRM – Coming Soon
Having provided you with the foundations and objectives in the first two modules; you will now understand that TRM is more than just policies, it’s a set of practical approaches that any sized organisation can apply; communication and engagement are key and in this module we help you we give you the tools to begin your journey into Travel Risk Management for your organisation.
